Properties of anti-influenza virus activity in Nagaimo(D.batatas) extract.
(1) Activity is stable for at least 3 monthsat room temperature.
(2) Activity is stable in the range of at least pH5.8〜7.6.
(3) If a influenza virus is in contact with Nagaimo extract for 1 min, the virus can not infect.
(4) Activity is stable below 60℃.
